Just wanted some advice for this secondary since I had a lot of trouble thinking of stuff. I thought of 3 things but I'm kind of scared they are too casual.

1) Weight loss during covid -> learned a lot about nutrition and learned develop new recipes, pushed myself to go on runs (first time I ever ran 10 miles), ended up losing 30 pounds
2) I taught piano to K-12 students in college and had one middle school student who never played piano before and had really low self esteem (tried to give up several times during lessons) but I helped work with him to eventually play at a recital at the end of semester and he actually wanted to continue learning with me.
To clarify this was part of an org at my uni that I stayed at for four years that provided students from school districts w/o resources for music programs free music lessons
3) I was an events director (same org as 2) and I organized a music exploration event - called instrument petting zoo (allowed kids to explore diff instruments, see demonstrations, and try it themselves) for kids in the local community and it turned out really well.
4) Completely designed and edited the set mix for my dance team's choreography performance for our team's big performance in front of hundreds of spectators.

I could also write about academic things such as doing my own summer project for research lab (but I didn't feel like it was the most meaningful thing for me). Thanks~

When I was 18-19 years old, I was the number one player in Halo Wars in the world, an Xbox 360 Real time Strategy game for around 2 years.

Being the best in the world at something was satisfying, especially in a game that took "intelligence", like chess.

All the gazillion things on my CV are things I care about, but at the end of the day, the vast majority are just boring typical bullets that many attending physicians have.

I would lean in more towards number 1. It shows that you can put your attention to something, create a goal, stick to the plan. I would talk about your mental strength and overcoming barriers (personal, social, and emotional) to accomplish it. It should be personal to you and something that demonstrates your traits and values that you hold important.

I also think 1 resonates with more readers.

Next, I like 3 but I don't get "personal accomplishment" from your other three music-related suggestions.

Many of these questions are focused on personal "cool" things about you.
