So I'm working on the prompt: The most meaningful achievements are often non-academic in nature. Describe the personal accomplishment that makes you most proud. Why is this important to you?

I was wondering if it would be fine to talk about recovering from a pretty big injury throughout high school and college. I used to be a pretty active person but the injury basically made me have to quit sports for 6 years. Just this past year, I've been cleared to return to the courts. It took a lot of dedication and resilience to commit to PT for this long, but I don't know if this counts as an "accomplishment" compared to something like winning a big award. Just wanted to get some feedback on whether it would work

Overcoming adversity, such as a major injury, is definitely an accomplishment. Of course, the key is to use this essay to show that you possess the traits (perservence, resiliency, self-awareness, etc.) and experiences necesssary to be an excellent medical student and doctor.
