So tell us...you mentioned that you had no idea of what you didn't know about how complex psychiatry was. Why would you say this? What have your experiences been?

Not as easy as it looks, right? i.e. when you're actually responsible for the betterment of the patient, both mental and physical, you feel a whole new sense of humility and wonderment.
