what question source can replace the OLD BSS?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
no...almost all of the questions are decent. use this source to build knowledge base since a lotta qns are one liners, but theres enough of tricky vignettes too.

Wouldn't a combination Of RR Mixed Questions Goljan ,pretest clinical vignettes and Blue Prints Questions replace BSS Questions? I thought only body systems were effective?Would it be necessary even if one is using RAPID REVIEW individual subjects CD-ROM questions?

This is what I've heard too. Does anyone else have any other opinion? I'm aware that there are 3 body system books. 1 normal & abnormal pathology book, and 1 general principles of basic science.

Also, when you talk about the Rapid Review questions are you referring to the questions on the CD that comes along with the rapid review books? I can't seem to get the program to not repeat questions, anyone know how to do this?

I have used most of the anatomy ..just upper limb and thorax left .but I did not see any repeats in the crappy software.
All the CDs are crappy..in terms of software..not content.still have the rest to do.God help me.

i should ve been more clear.

the bss body systems books are good. dont worry about the other two.

the prob with the software is that u dont have a use/unuse option. the only way around it is to keep ur software running or buy the books.
rapid review CD qns have the same problem.

thank you.I have the BSS books and the soft ware. But only want to do pathology and physiology in the books and supplement with other sources especially Rapid review questions CD and Robbins Q,BLUE PRINTS only want to use RR Q for pathology, biochemistry ,micro/immunology,anatomy and behavioural science.BUT WILL READ RR PATHOLOGY FIRST EDITION AND NEUROSCIENCE BOOKS.
