None. In fact, I recommend not even wearing a white coat. Those big pockets are just a temptation to collect tons of useless crap and scraps of paper that you'll never look at again. Maybe keep a PDA in your pocket just for notes to yourself. Marshall & Meyer's "On Call Neurology" is a great little reference, but don't carry it around with you all the time.
