what schools allow you to establish residency after the first year?

Thanks, that thread was exactly what I was looking for.

But a few schools weren't listed. Does anyone know about:

U Georgia
U Illinois-Urbana
U Michigan
Purdue U
and U Wisconsin?

I'm pretty sure that Michigan is a no. Georgia, I have no idea, as but they take 1 or 2 oos, it matters to very few people.

Purdue and Illinois are nos (with the exception of marriage)
Wisconsin I think is a no, but the OOS tuition is pretty similar to the IS of most schools
