I was wondering since I only have an MD LOR and she knows me very well. So which schools? I know AZCOM, CCOM, WesternU/COMP and TUCOM-CA allow MD LORs.

Check the AACOM Guidebook of Osteopathic Medical Schools; they have the information available there, I believe.

DMU does not require a DO letter either.

MSUCOM's rule is that your two letters of rec should simply come from people who know you well regardless of who they are. 🙂
(but MSU doesn't take that many out of staters so I'm not sure if you want to apply there or not)

ATSU-Mesa/ATSU-SOMA do not require a DO only LOR.

Not a DO letter, but they do require a letter from someone who can verify patient contact experience, don't they?

NYCOM, I believe doesn't require a DO LOR either. However it definetly helps to have one. If you get one try to get one from an alumni of a school you want to attend. ADCOM's value thier alumni's opinion.
