What schools hav begun to review applications?

Anyone know what schools on the east coast have already begun reviewing applications. I know NOVA has already started, anyone else?
Some schools have told me they haven't even opened any mail yet, and all application materials are in a box sealed until mid-August.
What do u guys know?

i am asking because I want to send the schools an updated transcript of my spring and summer session I grades because I didn't have the Spring grades available when I submitted my AADSAS application.
If they started reviewing then I will not wait until I finish my Summer session II and I'll send them a transcript.
