AZCOM will send a secondary to someone with a MCAT <29 but they were not inviting them for an interview. Read last years thread OP if interested.

I believe PCOM screens out MCAT categories < 8, and AZCOM MCAT < 29. For my school, MCAT < 24

Hi Goro, do you know if AZCOM screens out the latest, highest or the average if we have multiple MCAT scores?

Thanks!

If you're going to make a statement that "bold" at the very least include a source and good explanation.

Read last years thread. Lot of people who had less then 29 MCAT received a pre-interview hold letter.

100% of schools will send you a secondary regardless of your numbers. They may throw it directly into the trash once they get it and cash your check, but no school screens before checkondaries.

Not true, I know for a fact CUSOM will not give you a secondary if you have a GPA below 3.2. Several people have already been rejected.

I dont even know what CUSOM is.

I assume its a new school? Because schools with provisional status (AKA less than 4 years old) play by very strict rules regarding class size. I would bet that this screen goes away when they are off provisional status

It is a new school, with the inaugural opening class in 2013.

I was just countering your point in that 100% of the schools will send secondaries when that is simply not true.
