What schools should I apply to? (as an AVERAGE applicant)

My overall GPA is 3.55. My science GPA is about 3.35. Retaking the MCAT in August, hoping for a 30. I am applying to mostly New York state schools (since that is where I am from). However, any advice for any out of state schools that I'd have a chance at? Thanks!
