What schools take accept january mcat?

I am planning on taking Jan mcat for my current applications, which i have finished most 2ndaries.
and i know if i only take January mcat, my chance for this cycle is very doom, but i try not to give up any minimal chances/miracles.👎
What schools take accept january mcat?

None of the schools (23 schools in all) I looked at accepted January MCAT scores, unless it was last January. The schools took either August or September scores at the earliest.

The majority of schools do not take Jan MCAT. Do not count on it. If you have not taken the MCAT yet, apply next cycle.

Like no schools. Most AMCAS deadlines are before the end of October / early November and most secondary deadlines are before January; the ones in Jan. are due by Jan 15th. They simply wouldn't wait that long for your MCAT scores.

Some schools accept them as updates, but I don't know of any that will as your primary score.

I know for a fact, some DO schools would accept the January MCAT for this cycle. I don't know if you're considering DO, but definitely consider it.

if its a retake, meharry and howard and morehouse will all consider it but you may need to let them know

several d.o. schools will take the jan mcat. im taking mine in jan also! you still have a chance. i was advised not to apply this yr but miracles do happen! good luck friend! you could get accepted and be class of 2014...sounds nice huh?!🙂

That's what's so nice about DO schools as opposed to allopathic ones. DOs look for reasons to accept you while allopaths look for reasons to reject you. I know this is a huge generalization, but it fits for the most part.

Yes. Almost none of the US M.D schools accept January MCAT for the current cycle. I do know that some D.O schools definitely will accept January MCAT scores for this cycle. Are you looking at any D.O schools?

Even if an MD school did take the January MCAT keep in mind you don't get the score til March, meaning that practically every class of every school is full already, so what's the point? (I don't know how this applies to DO schools).
