What should a good DO LOR contain?

I am finishing up my shadowing with a ED DO. Naturally, I asked him if he would be willing to write me a LOR and he said I should write it and then he'll just sign it & upload it. I know some old-fashioned folks will probably frown at that, but he's pretty laid-back and I'd rather do whatever is most convenient for him. Is there anything specific that you think I should include?

Make it as good as you want. If he thinks anything is inappropriate, he'll probably change it before he uploads it.
