So at the current moment I'm not sure if I have any chance what so ever to get into a US medical school, but I'm hoping with a few right choices I'll have a shot for DO school.

So I'm retaking my MCAT in June my current score from Dec is a 22

i have a 2.9 GPA
BS Biology
BA Chemistry

150 research hours at Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer Center (no publishings)

90 hours as a volunteer in NYU Joint Diseases (highschool)

110 hours in pathology research

tons of medical office work I've done since i was a tween (mostly billing and clerical)

also a whole list of part time jobs I've had since highschool (restaurants, sales, telemarketing)

I know i need to boost my GPA and i have very little time to figure out how because apps are due soon.
Should I apply for a post bac program retaking all the science courses, apply for an SMP, or retake the courses in my current college?

please help, this is all I've ever wanted to do and I've struggled with tests all my life but I'm willing to do anything at this point to still have a shot to become a doc.

Honestly, you should get that GPA and MCAT score up before you apply. I'm just being real. Do that first, then apply early. That will mean applying next year most likely.

Retake courses starting with any science courses with C/D/F.

yea when i say apps i mean for SMP and grad school in September
I wanna take retake my classes to boost my GPA but I'm not sure if I should do it in my current school or a post bac program

Being below a 3.0 makes getting in anywhere unlikely. You most likely won't be applying this cycle.
Retake classes or apply to SMPs, but not many SMPs will accept a 22 mcat either.
