Hi, I am a sophomore right now and I just finished my third semester.
The thing is that the gpa for this semester is... I think pretty bad.
I got all Bs in every classes i took this semester which are orgo, bio1 and physics1, and psychology (though I got A+s on orgo lab and physics lab..... lol).
My overall gpa was around 3.4 and my science gpa is I believe a little bit lower than that.
What should I do...?

I say, beef up in your upper division science coursework (assuming you're a science major) to overshadow these potential "shortcomings."

Take Orgo 2, Bio 2, and Physics 2...

Your grades, while not stellar, are fine for now. You will have to step it up and do better or your next round of classes, but with more experience in the subjects I think this should be a bit easier than the past semester. Try to figure out what study habits work, and which ones are less effective and modify your schedule to have more study time if needed. Most of all do not get into a negative spiral. Even if you run into trouble with a class you have time to boost your GPA, not to mention that a high MCAT score can make up for a lower gpa.

sophomore blues i tell ya...got my first C+ ever along with 2 A's and a B so not completely terrible but not as good as i usually do..hoping i step it up next semester..best of luck!
