I know my chances are not great. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on 2nd degrees vs. 5th year of undergrad in order to improve my chances of getting into a US MD school. I'm a Canadian citizen by the way. Thanks in advance.

I think people might need some additional information (GPA, EC's) in order to properly dispense advice.
Generally, though a 5th year of undergrad is usually recommended over an additional degree, but it is dependent on how much grade repair needs to be done.
