Hi DO forum!
I just graduated from Undergrad with a 3.13GPA and 3.007 SGPA.
In this gap year I'm planning to retake some classes at a CUNY school to boost up my stats
Along with taking the MCAT and working part time.
If with retakes my GPA ends up around 3.4 and sGPA around 3.3
should I apply at the end of this year or should I apply to a Post-Bac program
like the one Touro COM offers that has guaranteed admission into their school?
THANKS!

General consensus for going DO on this forum is retakes>postbacc. And I don't know anything specific about Touro-NY's postbacc but you may want to look at the 2015-2016 school specific thread before you commit to going there.

See where you are after retakes and MCAT. For now just focus on that. When applying to medical school, you want to apply with the best possible application for yourself. Give yourself a pick of some good schools... You don't want to just barely get into one. You're going to spend a lot of time, energy and $$$$ doing this... So you're better off doing it right. Get that GPA up, nail the MCAT, do some volunteering if you have time, and go for next cycle.
