the two schools that i am appplying to require a min pcat score of 50 and say i make like a 40 on my first and only pcat....so i know for sure that i am not gonna get accepted....so the question is what will happen to pharmcas application and all the transcripts and recom letter i already sent to them? do i still have to esubmit?

You should keep taking the PCAT.

50 on the pcat is nothing.If You study your ass off you wont have to worry about getting a 40 or whatever you said. Study hard, do it right the first time. Jesus christ...

yeah i know man but i am just saying IF that happens, what will happen to all the rec letters and transcripts i already sent them.....

If you already submitted the application then they'll look at it and throw it out --- i believe pharmcas gets rid of your LORs and everything --- call them to make sure. Definitely take the pcat again and reapply
