3.4 gpa and recently took mcat: 23O horrible score. retaking it this summer. should i aim for carib? DO? i feel MD is slipping away. any advice?

Retake you MCAT, but make sure you do better. If you can get a 30-32, then you have a shot at a U.S MD and definitely a U.S D.O (probably only need about a 27). Don't take the D.O schools for advantage though, they are getting almost as competitive now. This is assuming that the other aspects of your application are solid
