    Well I just submitted my applications to the following pod schools;
    -AZPOD
    -CSPM
    -NYCPM
    -OCPM
    -WUCPM
    Needless to say, I am very excited/nervous to see what will happen next? I was hoping that some of you with experience in the application process could inform me of what to expect. Mainly, how long should I expect to wait to hear from the schools. Also, how did those of you who applied to said schools feel about their respective admissions staff/processes? Looking back on the process, is there anything you wish you would've known or done to make the whole process easier?

    Thank you in advance for your help.

    My buddy submitted his application this past Wednesday and by Friday had received a call from Temple!;);) When I applied I heard from my schools within a week of submitting my application. :D

    Good luck!

    Sorry to hijack this thread.....I am new to this and to pre-podiatry. Is it too late to aplly for Fall 09? When do they inform you if you're accepted or not? Can you apply without taking the MCAT?

    Some schools you can apply up til almost day of show. Which means, until they fill class which could be just before next fall. Call all schools you're into. Then judge from there. Some will tell you day of interv if you're in, others will delay a bit & call or mail you an offer. Without the MCAT is ok, I think, in some schools but again best bet is to call ANY school you want to enter & ask them these ?'s directly. Hope it helps. Good luck. :luck:

    ...To the one person that addressed my thread. I hope I am as fortunate as you and your buddy. I missed a call earlier today from AACPM --the lady left a message saying that she had a question regarding my app.. Unfortunately by the time I got the message their office was closed.
