hi all, I am a rising PGY4 and have been in touch with some recruiters. I am planning to schedule a call with a recruiter at an institution I’m interested in. What types of questions should I be prepared to answer and what questions should I ask? Thanks

If it's an internal recruiter, not a headhunter, then they may ask some general questions aimed at screening. Things like why you went into psychiatry, aspects you enjoy about the field, anything you particularly specialize in, why you want to work with them specifically, etc.
