What are the things I should bring with me to the testing center? Is it just your IDs?
Your brain, ID, debit/ credit card, snacks & water for the break
I called prometric, and the first thing they said to bring is " a fresh brain".
So, I will bring fresh brain, a bag of popcorn mixed with peanuts and chocolate chips, a protein shake with coffee, and a bottle of water, and maybe some beef jerky...., oh and my ID, credit card, and a passport just in case they get picky....
Good call on the protein shake. Didn't think about bringing one!
Protein shakes aren't the best idea. They have tryptophan, which might make you sleepy. Just FYI. I drink shakes every day and they always make me so tired afterwards lol.Good call on the protein shake. Didn't think about bringing one!
Why not just add a half scoop of pre workout with the shake? I doubt youll be sleepy thenProtein shakes aren't the best idea. They have tryptophan, which might make you sleepy. Just FYI. I drink shakes every day and they always make me so tired afterwards lol.

You are probably out of shape too.
Maybe!!!
Protein shake is a supplement.
Maybe you put too much milk?
I don't know what else to say, but I never heard of protein shakes being a sleepy aid.
But I can't wait to make my shake for test day, plus the other snacks!
Everyone is going to look at my yummy snacks while every one else will be eating old a$$ granola bars and water.
I'm looking forward to my snacks more than the test!!!
I've actually been lifting for 5+ years so I am not out of shape at all lol. As a post above me said it's probably due to an insulin spike as well.
No need to overthink what to bring with you...All I did was bring Gatorade and I was good.
I lift too!!
Maybe if we go to same DS, we can be workout buddies.
I'm bringing an arsenal of snacks with me...
100% accurate. Right after I finished my pat I got up and walked out of the testing room. Had to do my fingerprints (1min). Went to the bathroom- which wasn't in the testing center btw. It was in the main hallway where all the individual suites are located. This basically took another 4 mins. Came back, opened my locker, ate a chewy bar, drank some water and went back in again. They redo the fingerprint as well as the scanner thing. This took a good 3 mins. Idk if it was just my testing center that was really slow or if they're all like this but by the time I got back I only had 3 mins left to write my trig stuff on the board. Make sure you keep an eye out on the clock... Those 15 mins really flyJust remember that you won't have TOO much time doing your break. You'll probably need to use the bathroom, which might take up to 5 minutes depending on what whether you need to poop or pee lol. Then you also gotta account for the time required to fingerprint/search you.
