What to do about LOR, when not in college.

How do I handle LOR's (Letter of Recs), since I am not in school anymore? I know in undergrad there is usually a dept. that handles sending LORs. Will the AADSAS handle this for me, if I have the teachers send it to them? Or am I the one responsible for sending them to every school I apply to.

have the teachers send their recs to AADSAS and they are supposed to forward a copy to every school you apply to
