Being an IMG, what should I do about this? Is it sufficient just to send a transcript with all grades and rankings, along with a dean's letter?

As long as you realize that trusting Iserson's is only marginally more reliable than asking your demented 90 yo grandmother what she thinks about this situation then sure, go for it.
