what to do with LOR's

I have decided to apply for medical school this year (2010-2011) cycle. I will need two science prof LOR which I have already asked and have been agreed to recieve. These professors are going to be out over summer and wish to write them before the end of the spring semester.

What do I do? Do they give them to me? I have heard about interfolio but don't really know much about it. Any help/suggestions would be welcomed.

Yes do interfolio. I think it is like 20 bucks for a year membership. They upload the letter when they are done and then you can send it to where ever you want when you apply. It is very easy. It costs a little money to get the letter sent but nothing compared to the whole cost of applying. It is worth the money.
