I recently figured out about this website, and I want u guys' opinion on my DAT scores.

Bio-19
Gchem-20
Ochem-17
QR-21
RC-16
TS-19
AA-19
PAT-17

Bio-I saw exact questions from the destroyer. (around 15 questions came from the destroyer)
Gchem-was harder than expected!!I had that radioactive decay probelm that people were talking about and I had no clue. (because of the bad screen display)
Ochem- Don't know what happened...cannot remember much. I was rushing through..
RC- was harder than achiever and topscore. lot of tone questions and "what would the author end the passage with?" type of questions.
QR- I've been always good at math. lot of trig and word problems. not many probability.
Pat- I'm totally shocked b/c I thought it was easier than topscore/achiever. Hole puching was the hardest!! they puch holes like inbetween the third and the fourth line..

I am overall disappointed with my ochem, Pat, and reading scores. I have GPA of 3.6 (science is around 3.4). Do I have any shot for this round?? I applied to roughtly 20 schools. The application has been sent and I have good extra-cirricular activities. What should I do, retake in October or keep these scores..? Any advices would be appreciated!!!

Scores are not bad.But depends on what schools you applied to , what state are you a resident of? California schools are very competitive, Texas love their residents.....etc....If i were you i would contact the schools and ask them where to go from here.Good Luck!

Thanks for your response.
My state does not have a dental school.
I really do not care which schools I get into. I applied to a lot of private schools such as BU, Tufts, NYU, Case, USC, UOP, Loma Limda and so forth. I also applied to schools like NJ, UConn, Temple, UNLV, Arizona. I would rather end up in east coast.
My question is, I'm sure I can improve my scores (at least for ochem and PAT) but I feel like taking the test on October seems very late. I guess I have to call the schools and find out, huh? Want to hear from more of you guys.
