so, I only applied to two schools. I notified both before my interviews that I would be retaking the MCAT in January. I was accepted to one anyway and really liked it. I just interviewed at my top choice and at the end of the interview they basically told me I did a great job, have many positives, ect. ect., but that I do need to continue to plan on that MCAT retake (I politely said Ok and that I did plan on it). I suppose this means they will put me on hold. the thing is, having another acceptance I no longer plan on retaking the MCAT. I had to sell all of my books just to have the money for a deposit. Do you think I should notify the school before they meet or just see what happens? I don't understand why they didn't put me on pre interview hold if that was the case. The interview really did go very well. My MCAT is actually only one point below their average too, but I also have a bad gpa. However they didn't stress the gpa, only the MCAT. anyway, I'm rambling. Just don't know what to do if they put me on hold waiting for scores that aren't coming. and before you ask, I don't have the money to put down 2k for one school by december, pay for the mcat in january, maybe get accepted to the other, and then put down 2k for them. if I did, I would.
