Hey so I have my exam in a week, just did the free usmle questions and overall got 82%, did Uworld self assessment and got 215 ;(, did NBME # 4 and got 560 so not really sure where I stand. Which NBME should I take next 2 or 3?

AHHH NBME 4 560=231, today NBME 3 460=207 WTF! have I lost my mind? Guys has anyone taken the NBME 3? Please any advice I feel terrible

If this helps, Ive taken 1 & 3 thus far, and my score dropped 13 points on #3 after 1 week of studying.

Yeah that helps, I'm not sure if I should take NBME 2 or just read my uworld notes and secrets? Or should I just review uworld eqs?
My test is on Tuesday I was taking the NBME 3 today thinking I was gonna do well and feel great, instead I feel so dumb- I'm just trying to be calm right now.
Please guys any input or advice will help!

If this is any help, Form 1 is the easiest and will overpredict your score by as much as 10-15 points. Form 3 usually underpredicts and is the toughest form, it is not reliable enough if you want a score prediction. Form 2 will predict in the ballpark of your final score and is the most reliable. Form 4 also overpredicts but not by much.
UW sim exam underpredicts so you can expect an improvement of at least 10 in the CK.

Thanks! Yeah I felt like form 3 was definitely harder than form 4. I think I might do form 2 tomorrow, but who knows maybe I'll just review my uworld notes?

Was looking at different posts and saw this. I am little confused. If form 3 usually underpredicts and is the toughest, and not reliable enough if you want a score prediction and form 2 will predict in the ballpark and is most reliable while form 4 overpredicts but not by much and UWSA underpredicts then I don't know what to think. I got a 380 on form 2 which is a 186 so based on that prediction my ball park is either a near pass or near fail but I also got a 380 on form 3 which is also a 186 and if that underpredicts then I don't know where I stand since I scored identical to form 2. Also I got a 440 on UWSA which is a 202 and if that underpidicts then I should be above a 202. I feel like I am all over the place and can't gauge anything. My UW avg. was around 60-61 till a week or two ago where I got two 47's and it brought my avg. down. My range though has been between 52-75 on UW, not counting those two 47's. Can you help me gauge where I may stand?

Oh and I don't know if this helps but I took the UWSA about a couple of weeks before my scheduled date when I was about half way done with UW qbank and then took the NBME form 2 about a week before and form 3 a couple days before. I postponed the exam because of what I got in the two forms.
