My current internship (clinical experience) is going to be shutting down at the end of this year. I currently have over 150 hours. How do I list this on my application in the future as it will be shut down at that time? Thanks.

Exactly, you list it the same way you list anything else. Make sure you get a future contact for somebody though. Or ask your pre-med advisor if you can list them as a contact for that activity.
