What to expect after my results!!

Hey people of sdn!! Today I did my last NBME (did NBME 6) and my score dropped a bit from my previous exam about a week ago, now I'm kind of in a loop on what this difference means and on what I should expect. My exam is in a week and I am shooting for a 235.

My Progress:

NBME 13 (month before) : 520/224
NBME 7 (2 weeks before) : 600/245
NBME 6 Today (1 week away) : 530/228
USMLEW (finished 1st time through): 70%

Just want to know if I'm still ballpark at acheiving my goal of 235. This week I was planning on focusing on week points and doing lots of USMLEW. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated. Sorry for doing another one of these threads (many of them throughout sdn), but I could really need your opinnions. Thanks in advance!! 😳

I'd say you got a good shot at 235. It is kind of strange that your nbmes are in the 220-230 range with a 70% in UWORLD. Did you do it random timed?

Hey thanks for the reply. I've done random timed always on USMLEW. Don't really know what the exact correlate is between NBME and USMLEW (or the actual exam for that matter)? May I ask why you say it's strange?

When my average was 71% on UWORLD I got 250 on the nbme. When I ended with 74% it was closer to 260
