I've looked for awhile, but can't find an answer to this.
In high school I worked for my orthodontist. Although most of my time in the office was spent organizing molds and filing charts, I got a unique feel for the office environment. That experience sparked my initial interest in dentistry. VCU is one of my top choices, but they require over 100 hours of shadowing. Without my high school job, I only have about 40 hours. Would it be appropriate to include that time as shadowing hours?
