Personally, I wouldn't worry about the inservice. Most programs use it purely as a self-evaluation tool for their residents -- only the resident and the PD know what the test result was.
If you really are concerned about it, though, I would suggest using the MKSAP, since you'll use it anyway to study for Boards when you finish residency.
