What to use for Step 2 CS prep

I would like to know what people used to prepare for step 2 CS and how long they spent preparing for it, also when did most people take it. One more thing for step 2 CK - I was planning on just using step 2 secrets and USMLE world for about a month and just take it - is this sufficient time? Thanks in advance
