What to Use to Prepare?

I'm so confused about this. I've got 4 weeks until the test. Some people have told me just Uworld, but could that really be enough? I tried using OME, but those videos just didn't seem extensive enough. I tried a bit of SmashUSMLE, but he seems to be going into details that didn't seem relevant. What do people recommend and can I get it done in the time that I have? Thanks!
