Big day is tomorrow and I was curious as to what you guys immediately wrote down on your whitewash board the second you got into your seat. You know, fairly high yield things that can easily be forgotten. As of right now I'm gonna go in and write down all of the lysosomal storage diseases, biostats equations (Sp, Se, PPV, NPV, RR, OR, attrib risk, absolute risk ratio...missing any?), prob the two 4x4 boxes in first aid...not sure what else, please share what you did/plan on doing! Thanks

phamacokinetic equations! dont bother with the lysosomal storage diseases, if you can write them down on the marker board, youll remember them when the question comes up.

when are you allowed to start writing on the whiteboard?

As soon as you get in the test room, but you'll probably be waiting a bit before that pt. If you really want to be hardcore about using your white board you can take a break after the tutorial though and go outside and review.

The null hypothesis table in first aid. H1, H0, man is that confusing!

I think an easy way to think about this is type 1 error = false positive (believe something that isn't true)

type 2 error = false negative (don't believe something that is true)

Twice now I've forgotten the Alveolar gas equation

PAO2 = 150 -PaCO2/0.8
grrrr

add that to my list
