Does it matter what type of degree you pursue when trying to get into Pharmacy school?? It is probably more logical to try and pursue something related such as biology or chemistry but do you think it matters a whole lot to the admissions committee if it were not?
I am done with all of my pre-pharm courses but I know I will have a hard time getting in because I am less than average than the average student. I am trying to increase my chances in getting in by continuing to pursue an undergrad degree, however I am unable to get one in Chem or Bio because I am a full time working student. I have been doing research and I cannot find a school around my area that has the higher level courses that I would need offered at reasonable times in the day. Many of them are offered mid day and because I work full time durring the day I wouldn't be able to attend. I found many other programs that are more taylored for an individual like myself, but they are in Math or Psychology.
What are your thoughts on this????
