What type of writing should you use when "describing" activities?

So on the primary application you add your work, volunteering ect.

Then it asks you to describe it (and of course if you check it as a "most meaningful" it asks for more writing).

Should the description be very technical, dry and straight to the point (like just listing your responsibilities, what you did etc.) or should it be like a "story" including its impact on you etc.

I think straight-forward and a bit formal is the best way to go. Making it into a narrative would be super annoying to read 15 tiny paragraphs of dramatic writing along with a full personal statement too

Clear, concise, to the point, simple. Remember that the people reading this read thousands of other application just like yours and your activities aren't usually the staple of your app. Good luck boss
For meaningful experiences, just make sure that its actually meaningful and not filler.
