yeah until you're in stop and go traffic for an hour and you get to keep letting the clutch in and out every couple minutes. Meanwhile all the automatics around you just take their foot off the gas and creep ahead.

Not a big fan of manuals in big cities.

Manual or not, Hondas, Toyatas, and Nissans are great cars to get used as they all last a very long time. Look on craigslist and other local ads for good deals!

I've heard that argument before, but I'm still not convinced after my fair share of rush hour traffic. I also learned as a country boy so I'm rather opinionated on this trivial matter.
 
You could buy my baby...although you'll do worse on gas mileage.
