What USMLE score needed for FP?

Hey guys,
This is a pretty dumb question I think. What score on the USMLE is the average for those going into Family Practise...I'd imagine it's not too high since FP is not that competitive. Thanks in advance.

Simply passing (185+) will almost definitely get you in somewhere unless you had some other horrible deficiencies on your transcript

Agreed. FP at some places don't even fill with the match. If you don't care where you go, any passing score will get you a spot someplace.

Absolutely. Which is why my post qualified "if you don't care where you go". But yes, there is a hierarchy of top to bottom in every specialty, whether competitive or not, and credentials vary accordingly.
