i know there is one essay, i think. is there also "list your honors, medical extracurricular etc? was there anything else asked on it?

One of the essay questions was:
Why are you seeking a career in osteopathic medicine and why do you believe CCOM would provide you with the type of osteopathic medical education you are seeking?

I think the other part was to send in your curriculum vitae (CV).
