Hahahaha.... Has anyone tried phone study groups?

My friend from high school and I are looking to do EK verbal over the phone. Has anyone else tried the phone thing?

Study for verbal over the phone?!? 🙄 I don't think it would be effective at all. In fact, least effective study method I can think of.

EK Verbal rocks in my opinion (and Kaplan stinks, imo). Thanks to EK, I barely did anything but practice tests and focused on other MCAT sections.

Start early on verbal prep, especially if you're not scoring as well as you'd like. It can take a while to improve core reading comprehension skills after the first couple of points test-prep tips help with.

I am doing the EK verbal online group/phone and I love it. Jordan is a great teacher, verbal didn't start clicking for me until I joined online. I know people learn differently but I would highly recommend it. 🙂

so would you suggest their verbal review book then? i bought their mini-mcat and verbal book and i keep wondering why i do so ?&^%ing bad on their verbal section (which to me is bad, i did pretty good on the GRE).
