What would be a good one stop HY

I assume you're asking for something a little more condensed than FA? 🙂 I'm going with a collection of crammable things compiled from a list of things I typically get confused. For example: acid/base disturbances; sensitivity vs specificity box, anti-mitochondrial vs anti-microsomial antibodies, viral structures, the gram+ & gram- bacteria algorithms in FA, etc.
I think your most HY review is going to be very specific to what you struggle with the most. And HY last-minute cramming is not the time for "understanding" IMO. Just do memorizable things.

All HY are supposed to be "memorizable". I was trying to find out about preferences specially from those who've taken the test or even NBMEs which might reflect a pattern. Should FA HY be supplemented by any other was my ?

I have heard good things about the various Goljan HY documents. There is one that is like 100 pages, one that is like 40 pages, etc. PM me if you are looking for them and I will be sure to absolutely not get them to you and criticize you for asking for such a thing 😉

Besides first aid, there's loads of options but I don't think there's anything that's can't-miss, except a Qbank. UWorld for sure.

I'm pretty sure 75%+ of my test was in First Aid somewhere. I didn't necessarily know all of it, but knowing First Aid and then UWorld Qbank is pretty much the best combination. Limit to like 3 resources total or it just gets overwhelming.
