Hi,
I am an international student applying to PhD in clinical geropsychology programs this year.
Overall GPA: 3.274
Upper Level GPA: 3.791
GRE Verbal: 680
GRE Math: 790
GRE Writing: 3.5
GRE Psychology: 590 (I only had 10 days to actually prepare for the exam)

Research Experience
2 Years of Independent Research Project
1 Semester of Independent Research Project
2 Semesters: Lab Courses

Clinical Experience
2 Years: RA
1 Summer: Working as an assistant counselor at a woman's shelter
Upon Graduation: Working as a caregiver at an elder care facility

I know my writing score is low, so I am including a writing sample (literature review on aging) and working extra hard on personal statement.

57.32% ± anyones guess 🙂

I might try to apply to programs that don't require psyc GRE scores and just not report them; or retake them? Although I probably don't really know what I'm talking about since I'm not actually IN grad school yet. Good luck!

I'm going to echo what is ALWAYS said in these posts. It's really not something that can be estimated. It depends where you apply, if you have a solid match, what kind of applicants they are getting this year etc etc.

I am happy to see more than 50% chance of admissions, even though they are the estimates>_<~
I am so nervous~~~~
I haven't apply to any MA programs yet. Should I apply to MA programs? or just find another RA position and work at a lab?

Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but I believe they were teasing you with those numbers. No one can tell you your chances.
