Ok so this semester I decided to take an online class. The problem I am having is that every test and every aspect of the class comes straight from the online resources for the book. So all I have to do is click a button and I have the answer to every question and everything I need. I don't know what my professor was thinking. So the question I have is what would you do, and you you consider this cheating if I use the online resources?

I think you should ask the professor.

Did you fully read all the rules and conditions of the online class? There's probably something covering this. If not I agree with the above, I'd ask the prof. Maybe you'll luck out and it'll simply be a measure of how fast you can look stuff up 😀 Though that's not very good for learning the material.

I had a math class in high school at a community college (taken for no credit) where you could use the graphing software on the computers during tests. Stupid since the computers were also connected to the internet and you could pretty much look up everything. The use of graphing calculators was not emphasized. I never used the internet during a test, though.

-check the syllabus to see if it addresses the use of online resources during exams
-check the university's policy re: same
-check with the professor
-if you get through all of the above with a green light, enjoy your easy A!
