If you had the opportunity to meet with the director of admissions of a school that has yet to offer you an interview, what would you ask or talk about?

I would ask "do you do criminal background checks?" Its something I've been wondering about. I'm pretty sure you have to sign a waiver before they can do it, but a lot of people on SDN seem to think that adcoms have access to files that the general public does not. I don't think so.
