'Fundamentals of Body CT' by Richard Webb. A softcover for $70 and easily the most dense and useful piece of radiology literature.

Body CT: A Practical Approach by Richard M. Slone, Andrew J. Fisher and others. Great image quality. Covers most pertinent things.
