I need advice on best supplement out there for stress management during Step 1 study ?

I'm having a coffee in the morning and take couple of teas during the rest of the day and I like stress to as it gets me going but too much of that will have a negative effect on my work, concentration and so on.

I need advice on supplement that I can buy on Amazon or else where ... please help

For me personally, caffeine is an acute anxiolytic most likely due to the initial euphoria. When that wears away, it causes increased irritability, hunger, and distractability. When paired with L-Theanine, a mild GABA-antagonist, studies have shown increased focus, concentration, and decreased stress. It definitely wears off after time, but it’s not really any more dangerous than caffeine. Side effects include mind fog and possibly drowsiness especially when taken alone.

Exercise works better much better. In my opinion, running is more anxiolytic but heavy lifting (squats) 30 minutes prior to an activity improves performance through immediate recall. All my opinions. Also the moment you start taking supplements, the moment your day to day mental homeostasis becomes unpredictable.

OTC supplements for stress? I strongly recommend exercise instead. Also make sure to grt enough sleep and not go overboard w/ the caffeine. Also remember to take a few breaks.

How stressed are you feeling? It’s better to see a counselor and get anxiety meds if it is necessary rather than rolling the die with unregulated supplements.
Otherwise I find 20 minutes of meditation helpful usually when I am more relaxed (like after an a shower but before bed).
