I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but i am assuming you are wondering how to obtain an EMT cert. Well, first, an emt is an emergency medical technician. We are considered BLS or basic life support. We are responsible for transporting patients to hospitals and have a limited range within which we can practice. The big stuff happens w/ the paramedics (ALS or advanced life support). THese guys can give injections and all that stuff. The certification can be obtained based on your state and county. There is usually a class you have to take to fulfill a certain number of hours of training, and then you are required to take a state or county test.
