What's everyone doing the summer after 1st year?

At this point in time, I really just wanna buy a ticket to Paris and vacation for a month! Anyone else doing anything to maintain their sanity? I was thinking of maybe doing research, but I'm not to keen on that idea. Anyone know of any cool summer programs out there for rising second year med students?
