What's my application missing?

Hey guys, I've been a long-time viewer here on SDN, but just made an account to post.

I'm an incoming junior studying biochemistry. I just wanted opinions on what parts of my application are weak. I'm planning to apply next cycle so I have not taken my MCAT yet.

GPA: cGPA:3.85+, sGPA: 3.85+

Clinical: Pediatric practice MA: (1 and a half years, 120 hours+, continuing till graduation)

Research:
Biology lab at school🙁1 and a half years, 1000s of hours, continuing till graduation) ; 2 second author posters
Summer Internship at a famous government agency that sends rockets into space🙁3 months, 400 hours) will present 2 posters in a conference

Volunteer:
Nutrition Classes to elementary school students (3 months, 16 hours)

Sports/Leadership:
Club Hockey Team Member/Treasurer/Captain (2 years, continuing till graduation)

Upcoming:
Just hired by school to tutor organic chemistry courses, will do till I graduate for 7 hours/week

Can someone give me criticism on what area I can improve on?

Great GPA, disagree with the above poster as you have shadowing your pediatrician (120 hours is more than enough). You will need clinical volunteering, however. Try volunteering at a hospital or clinic.

medical assistant =/= shadowing.
