Last year we had to print out a form to send in with our transcripts but i can't find it this year. do we still need it? where is it?

Once your logged in, you will see the folder checklist. Notice on the checklist there is a folder: Colleges Attended (Transcript Matching Form). Click on it and you will find the link for the transcript matching form.
